We are the morning of May 7th, 2025, first day of the Conclave. Can a majority of Cardinals appointed by an anti-pope really elect a real Pope? I imagine that, technically speaking, Yes.

Will this happen? As far as I know, No, since this would require a miracle. I believe in miracles. I don't believe that 2+2=4, I can see it clearly, I don't need to believe that 2+2=4! I believe in miracles, because I've never witnessed a miracle. Hence I judge that the probabilities of soon having a real Pope are minimal. On the contrary, I'd bet we'll get the Anti-Christ. I pray that I'm mistaken.

If a real Pope were elected, the first act of his papacy would probably be to publish a Synopsis of Bergoglio's Errors, to condemn them, and to order all the other Bishops to do the same. The winner of this Conclave will probably just pretend nothing happened, or like the chorus line of that hilarious French song, «Tout va très bien, Madame la Marquise», which, according to me, would be the proof that he's no more catholic than his predecessor Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

Addition on the next day, 2025-May-8. Robert Cardinal Prevost was elected. Immediately, Ann Barhardt says:

In my opinion, Jorge Mario Bergoglio was an anti-pope.
