Request For Permission From The Authorities

Note: Every year, we give a heads-up to the Quebec Provincial Police, the Quebec City Police, as well as the security services of the CHUL Hospital and the Place Laurier shopping mall. As far as we know, we don't need permission to hold a Life Chain on a public sidewalk, but we ask nevertheless, to maintain good relations with all concerned.

Objet: Small pro-life demonstration

To whom it may concern,

Just like last year, we anticipate holding a Life Chain this year. (For the date, time and location of this Life Chain, please see the included flyer, or the web site indicated here below.)

Actually, it's not really a demonstration, but rather a peaceful hour of prayer, as you can see in the description of a Chain and the Code of Conduct for the participants.

The Committee members are of course available should you require more information.

Sincerely,

Stefan Jetchick, Secretary
